Follow the steps below to download, access, and start using Cent eeZ on your preferred device

Download the Cent eeZ App

1. Device Requirements:

Android: OS Version 11 and above
iOS: OS Version 13 and above

2. Visit:

Google Play Store (for Android)
Apple App Store (for iOS)

3. Search for Cent eeZ and install the application.

4. Registration Process:

Open the Cent eeZ app by tapping app Icon.
One time app Registration process is required. App will ask to allow for Permission. Tap Allow button to continue.
Tap Register button provided at app screen.
Tap Accept button to accept Terms & Conditions for Mobile Banking.
Enter CIF Number or Account Number by selecting either of these options and tap Submit button.
Popup message will be displayed regarding auto sending of verification SMS. SIM having Mobile number registered with Bank should be present in mobile phone. Tap Proceed button to continue.
Enter Debit Card information or Branch Token and proceed. Tap Submit.
Set your preferred User ID for login and tap Submit.
Set MPIN (login PIN) and Secure Image.

User can login to Cent eeZ after completion of above process. Accounts linked to Personal CIF of the customer can be accessed through app.

Note: Only Mobile data (internet) should be ON and Wi-Fi should be OFF during Mobile app registration. Mobile data and SMS service should be active. Bank registered mobile number SIM need to be present in customer’s device.
