Q1. How do I register for Cent eeZ Mobile App?

A1. For Registration Process: [For New User] • Step1: Select “OMNI Channel New User Registration” • Step2: Enter your CIF Number and enter your Registered Mobile Number • Step3: Verify the OTP & authenticate • Step4: SIM Binding Validation & Authentication • Step5: Set your preferred User ID, MPIN and Security Questions [Not mandatory].

Q2. Can I open an FD or RD through Cent eeZ Mobile Banking?

A2. Yes, navigate to the “Deposits” section from Side Menu or All Account section to Open/Create through - "Apply Fix Deposit" or "Apply Recurring Deposits.

Q3. What are the interest rates for deposits?

A3. Interest Rates vary by types of Deposit or Deposit Term. Click on ""Explore More"" for various types of Interest Rate.

Q4. Can I do Closure/Renewal/Transfer of FD/RD online?

A4. Yes, Closure of FD/RD is allowed but for only those FD/RD which has been created Online. Auto-Renewal of FD/RD is available during creation of FD/RD. Transfer of FD/RD is not allowed on Cent eeZ platform. Please visit branch for Home Branch transfer of FD/RD.

Q5. What is the minimum & maximum amount required to create a new FD/RD account?

A5. Minimum & Maximum amount required to create a new FD/RD account vary by types of Deposit. In general, Minimum FD/RD amount required is Rs. 100/- & Max. Up to 2,00,00,000/- with a tenure of 7 Days to 10 years. • Green Deposit product - Minimum amount is Rs. 50,000/- • Special product - Minimum amount is Rs. 10,000/- • The Maximum amount of FD/RD on Cent eeZ platform is upto Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Below Rupees Two Crore)"

Q6. How I can Apply for a new Debit Card?

A6. You can apply for a new Debit Card by clicking Apply Card option available in Card Menu > Debit Card.

Q7. How many Debit Cards can I have in a Single point of time?

A7. You can have 3 different variants of Debit Cards viz Rupay Select, Rupay Platinum and Visa Platinum. But, not two variants of a Debit Cards can be issued at the same time irrespective of accounts.

Q8. How I can view the features and fees of Debit Card?

A8. Go to Debit Card > Apply Debit Card > Card Features/ Card Fees.

Q9. How I can get the newly applied Debit card?

A9. You can choose the option while applying for the new Debit card as Communication Address/ Permanent Address/ Home Branch.

Q10. What is the maximum combined limits of PoS and ecommerce?

A10. For Domestic, POS+Ecom= 200000/- and for International, POS+Ecom= 100000/-

Q11. How can I apply for an IPO/RIGHTS?

• Navigation a) Click on Hamburger Menu -> IPO b) Dashboard -> Click on Wealth Planning -> Apply for IPO.
• Active -> Select on desired IPO/RIGHTS -> Apply
• Select 'ASBA registered Account' -> Continue
• By default, primary debit account is selected for payment. Customer can change the account number.
• Select the desired category : Individual (<2 Lac) / High Net Worth Individual (> 2 lac)
• Enter the Bid rate and Quantity. The total amount shall be automatically calculated.
• Continue
• Review & Confirm
• Confirm.
• Application for ASBA completed

Q12. When I try on-boarding, it doesn’t allow me to proceed. Why?

A12. There is a possibility that you might not be eligible to invest in MFs. You will not be allowed to proceed in case you fall under the following categories:
• Not a Savings Account holder
• In case you have a joint account or not a first holder in case of “Either or Survivor” or “Former or Survivor”.
• Minor account
• NRI from USA/Canada
• Customer from USA/Canada
• NRI without an overseas address
• Your PAN is not available in the CBS system
• Your personal details are not updated/ incorrect in the CBS system
• You are a customer due for re-KYC
• You are not CKYC verified

Q13. Why I am getting error “Some required information is missing. Please contact support for assistance to complete your onboarding. You can reach to us at customercare@cboi.in or 1800 3030

A13. There is a possibility that your following mandatory data points in your CIF is incorrect/ missing:
• Investor Name
• PAN
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number
• Address
• Marital Status
• Gender
• Bank Account
Please contact branch and update the data.

Q14. Why my all accounts are not visible while onboarding for Mutual Fund journey?

A14. Currently, the Central Bank of India investment account only allows Individual Accounts (personal accounts) to register and transact on our platform.

Q15. When will the redeem amount reflect in my bank account?

A15. Your transaction will be reflected after 3-4 working days.

Q16. How to cancel an existing SIP?

A16. Please use the following path. Dashboard > Reports > Systematic Calendar (mobile users to select from filter) > Cancel SIP.

Q17. My SIP was due but not deducted?

A17. There are a few reasons this could happen:
• Your SIP Day falls on a weekend/ holiday in that case it will get deducted on next working day.
• Insufficient fund balance at the time of debit attempt by the bank against mandate registered by you.

Q18. How I can purchase Insurance Policy?

A18. Go to Insurance > You can find different types of Insurance Products, you can select as per your need > Accept the terms and conditions by clicking Proceed button > Provide necessary details and Buy Insurance product by transfer Premium through your account.
